Biscotti made with Doenjang. Doenjang is made from Meju, the fermented soybean.
Ingredients
- 1 egg or 60 g of tofu
- 16 g doenjang
- 40 g cooking oil
- 50 g sugar
- 140 g soft flour
- 1/8 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts baking soda
Instructions
- Wet ingredients first: Combine eggs, doenjang, cooking oil, and sugar and mix with a hand blender for 15 seconds.
- Dry ingredients next: Add soft flour, baking powder, baking soda, and black sesame seeds and mix for 20 seconds.
- Place the mixed dough in an oven preheated to 160-170°(and bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool the baked dough and cut into biscotti shapes.
- Bake again at 150-160° for 20 minutes.
