As an organic grower based in North East England, we have found being part of The Global Bean Project offers information and knowledge, connections that have been a practical assistance to us. It has been refreshing that we have been listened to, with regards to the future direction of work in processing of pulses. I personally have made some excellent contacts and learnt a lot about the valuable contribution pulses can contribute to our diet and health of the planet.
