Under the B-Choice brand, I provide technical assistance in beekeeping and consultancy for new green and more sustainable businesses. One of the areas to be developed is the recovery and enhancement of traditional varieties and native species. I am currently recovering, in a certified organic way, black chickpeas, fava beans "saloia" from Loures and one of the four native Portuguese chicken breeds at risk of extinction, the white chicken.
