Ingredients
- 300 g Lupines
Herbs and Spices:
- Salt, ground cumin, cumin, pepper, pakrika powder (hot or sweet according to taste)
- olive oil and/or lemon juice.
Instructions
- Wash the lupines and soak overnight in approx. 2.5-3 times the amount of
water. In the morning, bring to a boil, then simmer until crunchy. - Drain the water, season with the spices according to taste. Add olive oil, and/or
lemon juice according to taste. - Mix and serve in small bowls for snacking!
Tip: You can also season with olive water (water of pickled/canned olives).
